Application：Nystatin is a polyene antifungal antibiotic with potent pro-inflammatory properties. It has many applications, such as preventing cell culture contamination and inducing interleukin (IL) -, IL-8, TLR2-secreted THP1-secreting cell tumor necrosis factor-α. It is used as a fungal membrane (ergosterol-binding) pore former and an ion channel for nystatin / ergosterol in the lipid bilayer.
