Constituents ratio          200 rnM MOPS，20 mM NaOAc，10 mM EDTA

Preparation quantity        1 L

Method of preparation      

                                      1. Weigh 41.8 g MOPS and place in 1 L beaker.

                                      2. Add about 700 ml of DEPC treated water, stir and dissolve.

                                      3. Adjust pH to 7.0 using 2 N NaOH.

                                      4. Add the following reagents to the solution.

                                     5. Dilute the solution to 1 l with DEPC treated water.

                                     6. Use 0.45M filter membrane to remove impurities.

                                     7. Keep away from light at room temperature.

Note: the solution will turn yellow after light or high temperature sterilization. It can also be used when it turns yellow, but not when it turns black.
